There are mainly two variants of Galaxy Tab S2 - an 8 inch Model and a 9.7 inch Variant. Currently only the larger, 9.7 inch Galaxy Tab S2 is available in India.

Samsung’s Galaxy Tab S2, which is an upgrade from last year’s Galaxy Tab S2 is super thing for a Tablet - just 5.6mm making it the thinnest Android Tablet currently in the market. Yes, S2 Tablet is slimmer than the iPad Air 2. Like many other Samsung Tablet, it has a Super AMOLED Display and comes with a 4:3 Ration which even though not that great for movie watching makes it more usable for every day tasks.
Samsung’s Galaxy Tab S2 is powered by Samsung 5433 quad-core Exynos processor which is the same powering Galaxy Note 4. It comes with 3GB of RAM which is great for Multi-Tasking. Unfortunately it doesn't ship with the latest Android 5.1 based TouchwizUI, instead comes with Android Lollipop 5.0.1 ( of course this will get Future OTA updates ).
