There are different generations of Apple Macbook Air 13 laptops floating around Amazon.in and Flipkart. The oldest version currently available is the one powered by the 5th-generation Intel Core i5 processor priced at Rs 66,990 now. Then there is the version powered by 8th-generation Intel Core i5 processor priced at Rs 94,990.
The latest Macbook Air 13 variant ( launched in late 2019 ) is also listed now on Amazon.in, which is powered by 10th Gen Intel Core i5 and i3 processors ( Price: ₹92,990 MRP - ₹1,22,990 MRP )
Other than the processor difference, one major difference between the latest Macbook Air 13 with the 10th Gen processor and older variants is the keyboard. Older ones have Apple Keyboards with a butterfly mechanism, which got a lot of negative reviews. Apple has updated the newer models with Magic Keyboard making the whole experience better. The newer Macbook Pro 16 inch, as well as Macbook Pro 13 2020 model, also have this new Keyboard now.
