Canon has officially launched 2 high-end Mirrorless cameras globally. Canon EOS R5 and EOS R6 are the latest in the Canon EOS R mirrorless series. In the US, these models are already available to pre-order. It will be available in India in the coming weeks/months on Amazon.in and Flipkart. The price in the US for EOS R5 is $3899 and the EOS R6 sells for $2499.

EOS R6 price in India ( body only ): Rs 215,995 MRP
EOS R5 price in India ( body only ): Rs 339,995 MRP
The above prices are for the body only. It will be available to purchase with a 24–105mm F4 L lens or RF 24–105mm F4–7.1 aperture kit lenses.

All in all, Canon has launched two big monster cameras and has clearly shown the world they can put out great cameras with outstanding specs if they want. Currently, there is no Sony camera that can record 8K. In fact, Sony cameras can't even record 4K @ 60fps on any of the bodies currently in the market. However, that's going to change once the now confirmed Sony A7S Mark 3 model arrives.
