Motorola is gearing up to launch the Moto G 5G Android smartphone in India on Nov 30th online on Flipkart. There is also another variant - Moto G 5G Plus - which will be available to purchase in India at a later time.
Moto G 5G and Moto G 5G Plus variants have a lot in common. Both these smartphones are powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 750G 5G chipset and feature a big 5000mAh battery.
Display Specs
The regular Moto G 5G features a 6.7-inch Full HD+ Max Vision display ( 394ppi ) with a 20:9 aspect ratio while the Plus model has a 6.7-inch Full HD+ CinemaVision display ( 409ppi ) with a 21:9 aspect ratio. The Plus model supports a 90hz refresh rate while the regular model tops out at the regular 60hz refresh rate. Moto G 5G Plus also supports HDR10 and has Amazon HDR certification.
Colors Available in
Moto G 5G is available in two different colors - Froster Silver and Volcanic Grey. Moto G 5G Plus on the other hand is available in Surfing Blue color only.
Cameras
Both these models feature identical main 48MP cameras which output 12MP pixel-binned files by default. You can also find an 8MP ultra-wide-angle camera on both models. The Moto G 5G model has a 2MP macro lens while the Plus model has a 5MP macro lens. On the front, the regular model features a single 16MP front camera with 4MP quad-pixel output while the Plus model comes with a Dual front camera setup - 16MP ultra-wide-angle + 8MP.
Both models can record 4K videos up to 30fps. The ultra-wide-angle lens can only shoot up to 1080P @ 60fps.
