HTC has launched U Ultra flagship Android smartphone in India. HTC U Ultra India Price is Rs 59,990 MRP. It will be soon available to purchase online in India on Flipkart / Amazon / Snapdeal. HTC U Ultra is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 821 and Adreno 530 GPU. This same combo powers Google Pixel phones, OnePlus 3T, LG V20 etc. It comes with 4GB of ram and 64GB storage.
HTC U Ultra Sappire Edition - a limited Edition variant will come with 128GB storage and higher price tag. The display on that is made of Sapphire Glass. Regular HTC U Ultra sports a 5.7 inch QUAD HD screen with Gorilla Glass 5 protection.
Talking about the display, we now have a small secondary screen at the top. You can add App shortcuts, view Notifications etc with this small screen, which is similar to the one you see on LG V20 smartphones.
The rear camera on the U Ultra is a 12MP UltraPixel 2 sensor with PDAF, Laser Auto Focus, Optical Image Stabilization, 4K and slow mo recording support etc. It features a sapphire glass as well - which is harder and tougher to scratch than regular glass. It features a faster F1.8 aperture lens to give better depth of field than the regular F2.0 aperture glass you see on many flagship phones.
