Price Drop Offer on OnePlus 5 8GB ram 128GB on Amazon India

OnePlus 5 (Slate Gray 8GB RAM + 128GB memory) has seen a price drop online in India on Amazon. MRP price for this model is Rs 37,999. Current lowest offer price is Rs 36,000. The newer model, OnePlus 5T 8GB ram variant is not on offer as of this writing.

This discount is mainly due to the upcoming launch of OnePlus's next flagship phone with Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 on board - OnePlus 6. It will ship with an iPhone X like Notch which has now become common on many Android smartphones as well. Read more about that here.

OnePlus 5 8GB ram model for Rs 36,000 is still one of the best selling Android smartphones in India due to it's value for money. There are no phones in this price range, other than the 5T that has 8GB ram on board.
