Sony has launched Alpha A9, the latest and the greatest mirrorless camera from the Japanese manufacturer. Sony A9 boasts a lot of specs which are unheard or seen on any DSLR or Mirrorless cameras. This is the first high end camera from Sony that is tailor made for fast action / sports photography.
July 17 Update : Sony has officially launch Sony A9 in India at a price of Rs 329990 MRP. It will be in Stock online in coming days.

Sony Alpha A9 is priced at $4500 ( check Amazon.com ). In India it will cost around 3 Lakhs ( body only ). Along with this new camera, Sony has also launched a 100-400mm GM OSS lens which is priced at $2500. ( check here ).
Pre-orders for Alpha A9 will go live this week in US. India launch date is yet to be announced. It will be available to purchase online on Flipkart, Amazon, Snapdeal etc once it arrives in India.
If you are primarily a landscape photographer, it's better go with lesser priced Sony A7R Mark 2 instead, even though A9 has some new features.
